5th Annual Arkansas STEM Festival was a Great Success!

Thousands of students from all over Arkansas attended our Fifth Annual Arkansas STEM Festival . It was held on Friday March 8th, 2018 at the UALR Donaghey Student Center, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.

The Arkansas STEM Festival is organized by LISA Academy with the cooperation of USA Science Festival and UA-Little Rock.

This year, our theme was "Green Energy." Also known as renewable energy, green energy is the energy derived from natural processes and can be regenerated easily over time. Some of these eco-friendly energy sources include solar energy, wind, geothermal, compressed natural gas, etc. These sources of energy tend to be environmentally friendly and use natural processes for their production.

Special thanks to all students and staff who worked hard to make this year's event a huge success.
